This is so cool!!!! Looking forward to trying out some things. I have a bookfst to go to on May 30 - so I can count that, but I do have and book thing I am going to in June for Matt Heig's Midnight Train. I read the Midnight Library and loved it. This is his new book. The event is in an old cinema in Hamilton Ontario (Canada). It is part of their GritLit Festival which was last month.
I could also go to some events for the Motive - mystery and crime witing festival - which is next weekend in Toronto. So excited.... that could be my go alone activity.
I can't tell you how much I love the items on the bingo card! And I immediately thought I had to fill in the ENTIRE card and was already plotting in my head how to do so (what do we do with those damn overachievers 🤷♀️).
This was the push I needed to go to an author event. Riley Sager, whose books I devour, is coming to Phoenix and I was on the fence about going, but now I've purchased my ticket and am excited about it! Can't wait to see what else I discover this summer!
Hahahahaha. Christine I will come up with a prize for you if you fill the entire board, but that is absolutely NOT necessary. Just a normal bingo is enough, diagonal, horizontal or vertical. I kind of dare you to use the free square to counteract your perfect student brain. 🥰
Haha! I thought maybe the first time I posted this it didn't go through... so I apologize for the multiple announcements. 🤦🏻♀️ I did start reading it though!

Glad to hear the ideas are already flowing!
Just borrowed a translation of Pablo Neruda’s poetry for the translation square! 📘💙

I love this too - a map for my rootless summer 🚙
Mmmm. A rootless summer sounds divine, honestly.
